Note: shape of handle that has just been thrown away and block at front that has a slot that catches a toggle on the rope giving easy low pull stating. Note this easy start requires a quality quick release on the boat for safety. Colin has a broken left hip, that was thought to be just a 'hammy', at the time this photo was taken. Shape of the basic ski 2100 mm long and 350 mm wide with two sets of grooves for longitudional stability along with the skeg/keel. Note front notch for easy starts.
